  • A: Hi Guest - The jacket is not insulated. “Warm” is hard to advise as everyone has a different tolerance for cold and are in different parts of the country. My opinion is that this is considered a winter dress coat option, not intended to be worn in below freezing weather for long periods of time. - Aimee

The jacket is pretty nice but is massive. I'm 6'6" and I'm swimming in the XLT. The sleeve from shoulder to end is 27" and is past my fingertips. I got my 6'2" brother a LT and he called it a bath robe. The LT fits me nice but is still pretty big in the chest.

My son is 6'1, 180lbs, athletic build and his normal size is XL, but for this jacket he sized all the way down to a size medium! The larger sizes looked awkward in the arm length and the jacket looked overall sloppy. The size medium gave him the clean look he was going for.

I love Target's brands of mens clothing. As a very short, but overweight man, it's rather difficult to find clothes that both fit and look stylish. I got this overcoat in 2XL in both colors. I'll need to get the sleeves shortened (sleeves/pant legs on men's clothes are too long for me anyway, so that's not a con), but other than that, it fits perfectly. I'm really happy I was able to get two of these when they were 25% off, too. The outside feels very soft and the pockets are nice and deep. I'll just need to find some dapper-looking hats to go with them.
