  • A: SdcNYC- Thank You for your question regarding this shirt. So an example of Adaptive Clothing is Pants, shirts, dresses or skirts that open at the sides with magnetic closures instead of buttons. Shoes that allow the wearer to step into them without forcing them on. Pants cut higher in the back and lower in the front that are more comfortable for wheelchair users. Another example is clothing lines that include shirts with hidden access to medical ports, and pants that can be easily pulled on with one hand. There are magnetic closures instead of buttons, and thumbhole cuffs to keep jacket sleeves in place. I hope this helps answer your question. Happy Shopping!

I have very bshoulders and so was especially surprised that the neckline on these was so low. Just ridiculous. Maybe that's what relaxed fit means? Is that the same as "big and tall" because if so they should say it clearly

Weird fit and proportions

I ordered size XXL. When trying the item on it feels very weird. The proportions are all wrong. The neck hole is very large but the arms are tight and too long. The waist is too short. It is tight in the arms but not in the chest, so it isn't a simple sizing issue. I want the neck hole to be smaller, the arms to be wider but shorter, and the waist to be longer. The only thing that feels remotely correct is the fit around my chest and gut. It feels very awkward. I don't recall trying on such an awkward piece of clothing before. Things normally fit well or they are too small or too large. Not a weird combination of too small in some areas and too large in others. Just very weird.

I ordered 4 of these in different colors. My husband wears a medium in everything, which was verified by the size chart. The item description says loose fitting. Two were tight, one fit the description, the latest was big, more like a size large.
