Never lose track of time or style with the Roman Bracelet Watch from Goodfellow & Co™. This gunmetal wristwatch features a sleek design with an analog time display over a gray dial with Roman numerals, making this watch easy to read and sophisticated at the same time. The band is made of faux-leather for comfortable wear that looks amazing and is sure to stand the test of time. This gunmetal wristwatch with Roman numerals is the perfect accent for any outfit.
I was pretty excited when I picked up this piece for <$20. It looks like a much higher end timepiece from a distance of 3 ft. or more (if you study it closely, as many comments already say - the lower quality becomes noticeable). My gripe with this piece has nothing to do with the visual appearance as received... instead, with what happens after wearing it for a couple days. I've worn this watch for a full week now (7 days - around 12 hours/day of wearing). I can see the area where the metal casing comes in contact with my wrist when bending it, has already started oxidizing/tarnishing. I happen to work in R&D within the metal industry and I know that if it's oxidizing within 7 days of use - it's going to be a mess around 30 days. Additionally, I noticed
It seems to be OK for a cheap watch but I'm really disappointed the subdials and buttons are fake. Yeah, I know, it's a $17 watch, what did I expect? It just seems like a cheap trick, like how a lot of cheap dollar store calculators have fake solar cells.
The cheapest-looking watch I have ever put on my wrist. The watch is useless--can't readily see, much read the time...face dial is too dark, unlit. The wrist band is cheap-looking as well, and feels cheap. There is nothing about this watch that is not embarrassing. Awful watch. Unacceptable. A must-return!
Fantastic watch. Quite comfortable after breaking it in. Fairly easy to read. Might take a little getting used to, I think it took me a bit to at first, but I don't recall (this is my second watch). Very stylish for the price, have gotten a number of compliments. Only downside is the glass is not super durable. I smashed mine against a wall while working one day, thus ending its life. But it was good enough that I have now bought another and love it just as much.
