A: The headboard needs to be attached to the bed frame and cannot stand freely. It can also be mounted to the wall with the proper mounting kit.

Q: What are the dimensions of the panel portion for the king? Is it 27x78? Can the headboard be mounted higher on the brackets so the total height from the floor could be higher than 51?
