  • A: Hello....the battery back can be hidden and will sit depending where you place the string lights. Otherwise it will hang or if taped, you can hide it behind a picture.

Battery operated and it runs through them pretty quickly, find an electric option. They are super cute and give off a lot of light, my daughter loves them but it’s annoying to have so many battery boxes and power switches. Find some that plug into one another like Christmas lights ;)

The lights are terrible and didn’t stay on for more than 15 seconds at a time. It worked fine with the demo mode button, but not on battery power. It’s very flimsy and feels very cheap.

I like this product BUT the one I bought was poorly made. It needed to be soldered in order for the battery pack to work. Also, the battery pack is so heavy— you need a place to stash it so that it doesn’t dangle awkwardly against a wall.

These are my first string lights, so they might be better quality than they seem, but here’s my experience. Wire - Feels flimsy but gotta consider they are super thin; is kinda easy to tangle so be patient when unraveling; great length although you’ll want a plan in advance if you hang it up high, gonna need a way to hang/hide the battery box or else you’ll miss out on half the wire. Clips - Extra flimsy. Be patient and gentle because they WILL try to twist every which way. They’re also not strong enough to clip to the wire if you hang anything too thick. I’m putting up some tiny sketches inside plastic sleeves, and some of them are just hanging. It’s fine with the fan on, but definitely best suited for straight paper/photos. Lights - No opinion. They seem really nice using the demo button, but I won’t be using them till I get a rechargeable battery set... eventually. Overall, nice enough to keep, but I might look a little harder once this fills up.
