Owned for one month and screen has a tear in it already

Great head set my kid loved using it and it’s a good work out for your hands. It’s an excellent way to be active in the most fun way. Would 100% recommend

We are absolutely loving this! There are so many fun games. You can play with other people who have headsets and link up, which is really fun. It’s comfortable to wear and good quality.

So it was going great & next you know it's locked. It requires age verification & you can play til then. Well to verify they want your ID & bank card information! First, we got told just ID & now their require the last 4 digits of our bank card?!? I feel like it's a scam. But all I'm getting in the run around thinking I might just return.

Didn’t have Batman and already has bug problems that need fixed

So we had an older version of this VR, and my son said they have made a lot of great improvements. Graphic, the way it plays, he’s very happy with the updated version. Pretty easy to bring your previous saved games over too.

Bro this VR is ACTUALLY SOO GOOD it has the power of the quest 3 but for a fraction of the price and it has 20% longer battery this is so good for gaming and watching movies one downside is the resolution but other than that its rlly good

If this is your first VR headset, it won't disappoint. It's got all the great features of the Meta Quest 3 with a slightly older display design (borrowed from the Quest 2 model) in exchange for a more accessible price point. You won't want to put this down as once you try the immersive gaming experience, you can't go back to more traditional devices.

This has been a really interesting first step into VR for us. It takes some getting used to since it’s pretty heavy on the face and head. The battery drains fairly quickly. The fully immersive games and apps are amazing but you have to wade through a lot of junk ware to get to them. The multiplayer VR spaces are hit and miss but be warned they’re fully open mic at all times so anyone could’ve exposed to anything at any time and it’s not really clear how to mute them or yourself. Basically it takes a lot of legwork and research but there’s great stuff in here if you’re willing to put in the time.

Item was dirty, had been used and was missing all the pieces.

Purchased online with store pickup. Gave to my son for Christmas and we were given a used device that was dirty and missing pieces. Target gave me hassle returning the item because the device didn’t match the box barcode so someone returned the box with an old used device. We just opened for Christmas so I am giving a review of the target experience not the device.

Received damaged for my son's Christmas present and now I have to go and return to a store. Very inconvenient Horrible customer service online regards return

This was a gift to me for Christmas and it totally hit the spa! As a millennial I. Definitely can appreciate a good game set, Absolutely liked how they included Batman as well as two wrist straps! Headset is adjustable to your liking! Virtual reality here we come!

Really like the redesign of the marquest. Seems to have improved the boundary options and drift in the hand controls. Love the game options and they keep expanding. The included Batman game is also very fun.

Forces ads to be seen when you start the device. Will not let you uinstall bloat. Requires a phone app and phone to even begin using, and won't work with Android (did work on an iPhone). Took hours to get it to pair with steam, but runs at about 2fps despite having solid connectivity and a computer that can run games just fine. Requires a bunch of random accounts you never wanted in order to use the device. Unintuitive interface, riddled with silent problems and failure points. Basically, this is what you get when a company charges you money for something, but makes most of its money by trying to force you into their ecosystems to gather data on you / forcibly market garbage to you but are too incompetent to make it actually work.

I ordered 2 Meta Quest 3 for my two granddaughters back in Oct 2024 as Christmas gifts because I didn't want to wait until last minute. These things aren't cheap. Well , no where did I see that electronics can only be returned within 30 days. Now I'm stuck figuring out how to replace a faulty controller that will cost me an additional $70 dollars. Target left a bad taste in my mouth. Now I have a sad little girl and me as the grandmother has to figure out how to make it right. She was so excited to play with her Meta.... shame on you Target !!!!

I want to love this but I hate it. Feel dizzy within 10 minutes and terrible battery life. Screen does not follow you when you move your head. “Hand commands” are terrible it doesn’t recognize your hands are in front of you to move, grab, pinch what ever. It’s aggravating I am so disappointed. The screen is blurry no matter how you adjust the lens or straps. You can forget about typing anything on the screen it’s going to type every letter you don’t want to input on the screen. I really really really was excited about this Headset but I am highly disappointed.

Dies with a full charge only 20-30 minutes after using . Glitches a lot as well
