These work! They don’t totally kill my hunger cues but I am more quickly satiated, and able to cut my calories by 1/4. I only take them in the morning so that I can sleep well. No jitters as long as you eat some and drink lots of water - you shouldn’t starve yourself on these (or ever).

I just got this
I'm scared to take it I have no gallbladder and thyroid issues. so I took it today February 2 nd 2023. man did I have energy and I feel lighter. it's only one day but I normally get hungry Afta the gym I don't feel hungry. just thirsty for water. that's it.
