This lamp was okay. It ended not really working in our space- but aside from that, I felt like the pole/post was too thick in comparison to the size of the shade. It just looked off from a design stand point. Also despite tightening all prices together, the lamp had a lean too it.

Couldn’t even put them together. The joins on the poles were not straight so the pole could not screw together.

This lamp stopped working after only 3 days. It would not turn on anymore after 3 days of usage. AND the lamp leaned to the side after putting it together. I will not get another Threshold brand lamp.

Bought it only 4 months ago, and it just broke. Changed lightbulbs, checked cords, everything. Love the design, however, the lamp simply doesn’t work anymore.

The shade came damaged and stained. Somebody definitely returned this lamp. The stand was easy to put together and very sturdy. I will have to buy a new shade.

The pole doesn’t screw together well. Like the touch sensory switch with 3 settings. Swivel shapes is great. Luckily it’s behind a chair so you don’t see the part that doesn’t screw in well.

Just like the other reviewers, mine started flickering only after a few months. I've tried so many different bulbs, it's not the bulb or bulb type, or brand. This lamp is a waste of money and I wish I could get mine back.

Really like the look and height of this lamp, and easy assembly. But when I put it all together, the third brightest setting flickered. Super frustrating!

the lamp is nice looking but one of the lower screws was bent and at an angle. the lamp rod would not screw together properly, leaving the lamp bent at an angle. Not too hard to get a factory machine that drills threads straight, but judging from other reviews, this is a problem with this lamp. finally was able to use vice grips and manhandle the thing straight.

Good looking lamp, but flickers on the highest setting. I switched outlets, tried different bulbs, and still flickers. I'm using a 75W bulb, maximum wattage is 100. May try different wattage bulbs, but disappointed because the first and second settings are not bright enough.

All the pieces were high quality, excep that they were crooked and so couldn't be screwed together. The top piece that holds the lampshade was so crooked, the shade was tilted at a 30-degree angle. Disappointing.

Bought 2 for the living room, which has no overhead lighting. I used Philips Hue bulbs so I do not use the lamp’s dimming features. Very easy to put together. Picked up in store. Nothing was damaged. Gives off a good amount of light. No issues after about a week so far. Good lamp for the price.

It’s a pretty lamp and gives nice light. The problem is that when you extent the shade out like the picture, the lamp tips over! It might work on a hard wood floor, but not carpet.

Hi Holly, Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention! We will get our product development team to investigate ASAP, as we did not experience any tipping during testing before releasing to stores.

Lamp Flickers and Turns Off On Its Own
1 out of 5 stars
Would not recommend
Bee - 7 months ago
Like other reviewers, I’ve had issues with this lamp turning off on its own and flickering. Also, the mechanism for turning the light off and on is a touch button. If you plug in the lamp to an outlet controlled by a wall switch, you can turn the lamp off by flipping the switch but to turn on you’ll need to make sure the wall switch is on and go over to the lamp to touch the button. It’s a little tedious especially since the light tends to go off on its own. The lamp looks great when it is working but would recommend purchasing an option without these issues.
