A: We've ordered two, and my family members are a bit frustrated because the light does turn off on it's own, sometimes after only 10 minutes of use. What are we doing incorrectly?

Q: Does the entire pole act as a touch control? Or only a portion/specific area? If it is just a specific area, *where* on the lamp is the touch-control located? Can a person in a wheelchair reach it?

Q: The lamp leans and I am unable to get it to stand up straight. The bottom connecting piece/pole just turns and never fully tightens. Any suggestions?

Q: What color is the shade? The picture makes it look white, but another picture makes it look really beige when turned on.

Q: I like the lamp so far but had hoped to use it with a timer/Bluetooth outlet to set auto on and off. It’ll turn off with the timer, but not on. Am I doing something wrong or is this due to the touch control on/off?

Loved the design of the lamp, or maybe the idea of it. Almost immediately, the light started flickering. If we double tapped the touch sensor, it would stop flickering. But alas, after a few months, it didn’t matter or not and it would still flicker. Now, the entire lamp will not turn on/stay on. Tried bulbs, tried to see if the cord was in tact, tried different plugs. Nothing. Now it is too far past the return date to do anything. I wouldn’t recommend. I can only assume something in the design of the wiring/quality of cords has to do with this.

This lamp was okay. It ended not really working in our space- but aside from that, I felt like the pole/post was too thick in comparison to the size of the shade. It just looked off from a design stand point. Also despite tightening all prices together, the lamp had a lean too it.

The shade came damaged and stained. Somebody definitely returned this lamp. The stand was easy to put together and very sturdy. I will have to buy a new shade.

The pole doesn’t screw together well. Like the touch sensory switch with 3 settings. Swivel shapes is great. Luckily it’s behind a chair so you don’t see the part that doesn’t screw in well.

the lamp is nice looking but one of the lower screws was bent and at an angle. the lamp rod would not screw together properly, leaving the lamp bent at an angle. Not too hard to get a factory machine that drills threads straight, but judging from other reviews, this is a problem with this lamp. finally was able to use vice grips and manhandle the thing straight.

Good looking lamp, but flickers on the highest setting. I switched outlets, tried different bulbs, and still flickers. I'm using a 75W bulb, maximum wattage is 100. May try different wattage bulbs, but disappointed because the first and second settings are not bright enough.

All the pieces were high quality, excep that they were crooked and so couldn't be screwed together. The top piece that holds the lampshade was so crooked, the shade was tilted at a 30-degree angle. Disappointing.
