Love the design and the weight of this tray however it arrived scratched. I wish Target employees would be more aware of flaws when shipping an item. Also, better packaging would help as well.

This came scratched and dirty (crumbs, a small twig like from a wicker basket, etc.) so either it was a display model that was tossed in a box or someone used it, returned it, and then it was resold without a second glance. This is an issue I've been having with Target since December of last year where I'll get an item that has obviously been opened, used, then returned. Target is usually good about replacing these used items but honestly, customers shouldn't have to deal with either calling customer service to get a new one or cleaning it themselves if that's an option. If Target is going to be selling used items, the prices should reflect that they're second-hand.

I ordered this tray online twice. Both times, there were huge scuffs and issues with the finish that could be seen from 1-2 feet away. I also went to my local target in person and saw similar defects. Perhaps the finish melted in transit, or the item was not padded properly for shipping. I would love to get my hands on one of these trays!
