Bar cart bad quality hardware
The overall quality of the assembled bar cart hardware framing was unfortunately so bad and uneven. This caused the cart to be uneven and unsteady. Would not be able to place any bar items on top. Will be retuning.

Attractive Design, A Few Flaws
Attractive design, and well designed. Encountered two flaws, one serious and one minor. The castors are riveted to threaded rods. Two of the four castors were riveted to the point that they swevel so stiffly that the cart would not move in a straight line when pushed; kept trying to vere to the side. Oiled the four castor swevels and then they worked OK. One of the four "right angle" bends on the top frame was not bent properly and so of position by a few degrees. This meant that the one of the four did not fit the uprights. Forced to fit, the result was a top section that was not quite square and level, but close enough. The steel tubing used is quite strong (a plus) and so not bendable. Overall the cart looks good and does what it is supposed to do. But their Quality Control people need to pay closer attention to the manufacturing process.

Quality concerns
This is horrible. The cutest bar cart with a cart full of defects. From wobbly legs. Bent metal. Unaligned screws. Improperly cut wood. All these bad reviews make complete sense. Target needs to pull this item and get quality control involved because they are taking our money for this item. Now I have to figure out how to return it and take the time to disassemble it.
