Smells clean and fresh, when it’s wet. Once dry the scent leaves the clothing. But when air dried the scent is more intense. Clothes don’t feel as soft like with downy or others but they fluffy and fresh. I also used double the amount but didn’t notice a great difference.

I have a front loader washer and dryer. I don't usually buy anything but the cheapest laundry aids but a few tries of the sample size Method products that target also sells convinced me the method was a good product and worth the extra cash. The fabric softener and detergent do a good job of handling odors that the cheap stuff just could not control and I feel my clothes are in better shape using this product even after a lot of washings.

Target has been out of this brand of softener for over a year. I was so happy to see it available online. Not sure if the company had Covid delays with production. Love the brand, but the smell of this fabric softener is awful. The smell reminds me of something I would use to clean my countertops, a strong cleaning chemical smell. It lingers on the clothes as well. Wish I would have listened to some of the previous reviews. Will not be purchasing this scent again.
