Not infant size as stated. I ordered this twice and both times I got turkey size. I also made the mistake by grabbing it by the holes (on top of the helmet) and cut my finger on it! At least it wasn't my son. Not pleased with the quality or size inconsistency.

Perfect fit for my average-sized almost 2 year old (22 months). We tried some helmets on in the store before pirchasing. All of the toddler sizes helmets were way too big, but this one labeled "infant" is perfect. My toddler likes the characters on the helmet & I like the no-pinch chin strap. He never gets upset about having to wear his helmet, and he'll happily wear it sometimes even when he is not riding his bike or scooter. The affordable price is great too. Target's website is not letting me add photos but the helmet fits his head correctly and has reflectors on the back as well.
