Q: Is anyone having trouble with the child lock setting? I keep having to unplug to reset. Trying to avoid having to do an exchange/return. The 7, 9, door open directions per instructions don’t work. Is it just a faulty one?

    Love No Beeping function!

    I guess I'm the first person not being paid for a review...just a customer. So far we now have 3 Midea products... a full size standing freezer still chugging along in a hot Florida garage, and an in- window AC unit for back up during Hurricane Season and now this 900 w microwave oven. Not only did we buy because of the good quality of our prior purchases but the fact that you can turn off the annoying beeping noise that most of our past microwaves have had. Once you set it No Beeps! Only if it's unplugged or you lose power you need to reset it again is all. All in all we are happy with our purchase.

I didn’t have any issues fitting the same size dishes in this one but it’s something to keep in mind. I prefer the compact size as it looks a bit more modern and freed up some counter space as well.
