Quick lunch/dinner alternative for kids

Quick lazy day lunch/dinner for my kids. The secret is the cook the meat separately if you can get them apart, then the last 15-20 seconds reconstruct the cheeseburger. That will prevent the bun from being "spongy" or whatever other term people used.

We normally buy the White Castle but my son does not like the onion so thought to try these. Horrible! Bun hard and chewy, meat tastes like I don't know what. Will never buy again and throwing them in the garbage.

I actually read reviews after I ate these. The directions were off about 30 seconds but I suppose each microwave varies. These burgers were great! I am a huge fan of frozen burgers and believe me, I have had my fair share of distasteful experiences. However with these, I experienced nothing such as...see moreof the reviewer's review

First couple time I tried cooking them in the microwave (following the directions of course) and they came out at what seemed like a good temperature but with chewy buns and the meat tasting a bit bland. But for the last package I used the toaster oven. I didn't have the box anymore so I don't even...see moreof the reviewer's review

I saw this in the freezer aisle a couple of days ago and thought they'd be a good (less expensive) substitute for another mini-burger brand I often buy. Bad choice. These were pretty terrible. There doesn't seem to be a way to cook the burger long enough to warm the insides but short enough not to t...see moreof the reviewer's review

Awful

The bottom bun was like a sponge... The kind you find in a middle school cafeteria. The "beef" was interesting, particularly the three pieces of BONE that I found in a single burger. Needless to say, avoid these at all costs.

I just tried these for the first time, and they are good! Great taste, and easy to prepare. Try to err on the lesser side of the cooking time, otherwise the bun becomes a little hard. Also, if you have pre-cooked bacon in your fridge, add a little to the burger before cooking. Delicious!
