The "toot sound" is actually just the sound of the grinding plastic inside the mechanism. It sounds nothing like a toot. Definitely disappointing. I thought it was an electronic toy based on the look of it. It's not. It should be something you would be able to get at the dollar store.

Buy a bicycle pump instead. At least you can fill in the air. Alternatively buy a water blaster. Produces the same sound. This item is a joke! Don’t waste your money.
