This is a great product this drink mix tastes delicious it takes a few drops or squirts and you can flavor your water just how you want it to taste it can be a little cherry flavored or a lot flavored I love it it gives you energy and it's got zero calories i love it and drink it all the time it's easy to mix and tastes great I would definitely recommend

Drinking soda to stay up during night shift makes me feel so gross, but this does just the trick! It gives me the perfect amount of energy and tastes so good! Use a small amount or large amount depending on how much caffeine you need. I do 2 full squirts for night shift and the bottle lasts me longer than you would think. Great purchase.

I gave it 5 stars because this brand and this cherry flavor is my husband's favorite. My husband doesn't drink coffee so it really helps him stay awake. I don't like the cherry flavor so I recommend the lemonade ones but this one contains caffeine so will help you stay awake not just water enhancer.

I love the mio energys! They’re so quick and convenient and I love how I can decide how many mg of caffeine I want with the amount of squirts I use. I also sometimes use the mio with my soda stream to make it carbonated like a typical energy drink! Honestly these are so great and have such a good variety of flavors. I’ll never stop buying them!

I put two long squirts into my 32oz water bottle each time I am at work. It really does keep you up. I don't do measurements, so 2 squirts are probably way too much caffeine. But it works!!!

I drink this ALL the time. Just a little will do ya in a bland bottle of water or a tall(yes, tall) glass. Reminds me of liquid cherry ice but I control the strength. Thought of making icies with this. Honestly worth it and Delish!

If kool aid had a ugly cousin with half baked vitamins included this stuff would be it. Unnecessary and a waste of money for those who know the science about what vitamins are needed to absorb others. There's little to no benefit from this product

We all know we're told to drink 8oz water every hour. With MIO black cherry energy... I'm pretty sure I surpass that. I love the cherry taste, I promise I over squirt to get the extra cherry taste along with the little kick of energy.

I absolutely love this stuff! The black cherry energy is my favorite and the strawberry pineapple smash is a close second. They are good mixed into boring, nasty old fashioned water. However, I prefer them mixed into club soda or water fizzed in one of the Sodastream type machines. The best homemade soda!
