Modern Office Task Chair - Boss

Like others have said, fairly low quality/durability. I found the chair comfortable but after about 2 years the plastic connecting the wheels to the base snapped.

The chair overall was nice however it came with a broken base.

I've had this chair for less than a year, and one of the wheels completely snapped off as I went to sit down on it. Terrible quality and a waste of money.

Broke after not even a month of use. One of the wheels plastic cracked off, and couldn’t be reattached. I’m so disappointed!

Great product for price point. Instructions were really difficult to understand. For anyone searching, the casters just pop into the bottom. You’ll need two people to affix the base to the seat back. That was really difficult. So 4 stars based solely on difficulty of assembly. Product is great.

Shipped very quickly, pretty easy to put together, until you have to attach the back to the bottom. That will take two people. And it’s a good looking comfortable chair!

The plastic on the base where it attaches to the rolling wheel broke off after 7 months of light (not daily) use. Chair is now unusable.

This is the single most uncomfortable piece of furniture I have ever owned.

back broke the second day of use

I bought this chair to use in my classroom. Originally I purchased the the blue, but it turned out to be more green than blue, in my opinion! The chair is comfortable and supportive. Putting it together was easy until I had to put the bottom and top part together. But I eventually got it and I did it by myself! I definitely recommend it! You can’t beat the price and sturdiness!

Overall happy with the chair. It is comfortable and fits well with the desk I currently have. The color, I got the blue (ends up being a teal blue), is exactly what I was looking for. The only problem was assembly. The instructions and steps are simple enough; however, to put the top piece to the bottom of the chair was a VERY challenging process. I did it by myself and eventually was able to more or else make the screws fit. Not sure if it was the manufacturing of the screw holes or metal piece or just completing it on my own but to match the screws up was a long process by myself. It is a good chair for the price just watch for putting it together.

I’ve only had this chair for a week, but so far I really like it. I purchased the taupe chair, which is a grayish-beige color. The chair itself is comfortable, soft, and easy to use. The chair was relatively easy to assemble... I only needed help with holding the chair back and chair base in place so I could screw them together. I would purchase this again.

super comfy and very nice looking. it was even pretty easy to put together, although we needed two people to put the two cushions together.

Love this chair! Fits perfect for our guest bedroom/office. The only thing is the wheels don’t roll very smoothly but I’m ok with that :)

Besides the scratch on one of the legs and the heck of a time I had attaching the back to the seat, this is a comfortable chair. Way better than the folding chair I've been using since this "stay-at-home" took action in March. I've read reviews that some are having problems with the wheels but so far the wheels haven't been an issue for me. I happy with this purchase

Needed a chair for my home office that was stylish but comfy! I am loving it so far

Arrived damaged- scuff marks on the base, a stain on the seat, and chipped plastic by one of the wheels. Super gluing my brand new chair is not a great start! It looks nice and is decent to sit in. Better than the metal folding chair I was using until this arrived. I purchased this chair because I wanted a comfortable cushioned chair that is adjustable. Right now I have it on the highest setting and it is too low. On Zoom meetings I am just a tiny little thing in the bottom of my screen! Is this a kid's chair? It doesn't say so in the description. Overall not satisfied with my purchase and would NOT recommend.

Looks good but have had three problems in less than 60 days..... The screw that holds the wheel connector to the chair base fell out and the plastic thing slid out a bit and broke. I replaced the chair base with an all metal base and better wheels because I liked the chair. However, assembling this was a pain because the bolts didn't line up correctly. One bolt would not go in all the way and a thread broke or something. It will not stay in. Square Trade will not help because the item is only 60 days old and I have to contact the manufacturer. I am playing the Target customer service waiting game now, trying to get help. Overall, not worth the money or effort, no matter how nice it looks. Very disappointing.
