So the first time I charged it and had it outside playing with it, it worked fine and after I charged it again something must’ve went wrong because the red button would stay on while it was charging and not blinking like it should be, the controller couldn’t connect either. I actually had to unplug the cords going into the battery (the red, green & both whites) but the whites can’t go anywhere else but where they’re suppose to because of the sizes, I switched the green and red spots and after that everything was reversed, the up and down on the controller was going left and right and the right/left made it go up and down, so I replaced them back to their original spots and then the controller worked as normal and now it works and is blinking like it should while charging.

Battery lasts no more than 10 min. Thought we got a defective one but after doing research this is very common for this toy. Also the tires are made foam so you’ll have little pieces of black foam all over your house if your kid uses it. I would rate it zero if I could. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY no matter how bad your kid wants this toy. It’s not worth it.

So it's constantly him getting upset because of the dead Monster Truck so often.....and I can't take it away because he's also in love with it :( on top of that it broke on the 1st day of him driving it

Extremely finicky. If the remote is more than a few feet from the truck it loses connection and you have to turn off turn back on. But it’s so powerful that unless you’re running full speed right beside it you’ll never be able to keep up. And honestly as I’m typing this review I can’t get it to work at all. I did like that the charger for the truck is built in w USB!

This is the best most exciting remote control toy I have ever had the experience of playing with. I am 31 and my son is 4. We have had it in puddles,bathtubs,snow (we’re in SD so in talking blizzard level not just a GA drizzle) I mean this thing has taken beatings after beatings. My kid has driven it into walls at full speed so much and worst that’s happened is you can see a white line where the plastic bent so hard otherwise it’s good as new. Now mind you we’ve had it for probably close to two years now and yet out of all the other ones (including ALL the mega Mega sized ones) this one was and still remains my favorite. It’s the quickest. It’s got more balls to go up things. The most durable. The only one that’s actually fully waterproof. This thing is a BEAST!

This car is the best RC car we have purchased. It has no issues on any type of surface. It is very fast and the remote control is easy for my 3 year old boys and 5 year old girl. We have purchased 3 so each one could have thier own. I bought them on sale so the price was great! It is worth it! The only slight drawback is it last about 30-45 minutes of continuous play. But it is rechargeable. We also have the grave digger monster truck and this one is by far the better of the two.
