I really like her accessories. That she comes with. This is a doll. That your little ones. Will have fun playing with for hours. I like how her body parts move and bend. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Willow Thorne is a beautiful witch from the new Monster High line Moonspell Magic. She has nice long purple hair, a very nice top with sheer sleeves, a hat, black flare pants with silver designs, purple wedge sandals and mis matched earrings. She also has a hat. She has a hearing aid as well and is a hard of hearing character. I think this makes her extra special. She also has a bottle with a plant in it, a cauldron that holds a surprise, a spell book, and a butterfly purse. She’s a great doll for children to play with or a nice addition to a new collection for Moonspell Magic.

A Must Have!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! Willow Throne is beautiful! Her face is adorable and her purple hair is really soft. Her black pants have iridescent witchy pattern that matches well with her adorable green top. I like that her name matches her theme on her clothing and shoes! She comes with a hat, a cauldron, spellbook, two potion bottles, and a purple butterfly purse. The hat stayed on her head well. She can stand alone or sit. The doll was VERY secured in her packaging. She is well articulated and easy to pose. I like that her wrists even move. Her shoes are also very cute! She was fun to play with! This is a great spinoff of The Monster High dolls.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter absolutely loves the Moonspell Magic Willow Thorne doll from Monster High, especially all the little accessories and the overall design of the character. The doll comes with a cute spellbook, a wand, and other magical-themed items that she enjoys playing with every day. The outfit is really detailed, with a sparkly top and a flowing skirt that matches the mystical vibe of the Moonspell collection. However, the shirt is a bit tricky for my 5-year-old to take off and put back on by herself. The doll’s hands are a little large, which makes sliding the sleeves over them more difficult. But they are made of a soft, squishy material so I can help her. On the bottom of the feet, there are some noticeable holes, which my daughter did not like to see when she was taking her shoes off and on.

The caldron mechanics were so simple and worked better than expected. My kiddos thought her hearing aid was so cool. She has curly/wavy hair which is so rare to come by with most dolls, it was easier to manage than I initially thought it might be. It also let my kiddos see their hair type in a doll which was extra special. Love this doll, excited to check out the other magical characters in this series!

While being able yo be creative and match new trends and styles with what my daughter is into, it also gets my oldest daughter into playing with my youngest daughter. The accessories are not excessive! They are honestly more Convenient than other items. They are also reusable which is a bonus. I really enjoy this line as a parent, and my children love it also. So far it is super durable. And holds her interest well for her age.

Perfect for both kids and adult collectors
Willow is one of my favorite dolls. I love her green and purple color scheme to tie together her nature witch aesthetic, and the hearing aid is wonderful representation. I can't get over how cute her face is with the flowers among her freckles. I also love the pattern under her hat rim, showing a moon phase symbol largely associated with the lunar goddess forms, (the maiden, the mother, and the crone), making her all the more witchy. I only wish her hat stayed on her head better, but since she's not moving from my shelf, that doesn't bother me too much.

She comes with super cute extra pieces and we love the cauldron. The only issue I came across was the top of the cauldron locking in an upright position. Its not a huge deal, but its nice to save from the potential mess. We are both very pleased with this doll though. It satisfies my girly pop's glittery pink side while being a nice mesh to my spookier side. Would definitely recommend and will probably be getting the rest of the set for the holidays.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This doll is absolutely gorgeous, and I’m genuinely impressed by the overall quality for a Mattel play-line doll at this price point. From her beautifully designed face and detailed features to her outfit and accessories, she feels thoughtfully made and has so much personality. Her in box hair is not great. One of my favorite details is the hearing aid. It is accurately represented, nicely integrated into the doll’s design, and adds an important element of authentic representation without feeling like an afterthought. The attention to detail, representation, and overall presentation make this doll feel especially special. She’s beautiful enough to be appreciated by collectors while still being very much a doll that kids can enjoy playing with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all the doll is BEAUTIFUL! She herself deserves 5 stars! All the details on the doll, her adorable flower freckles, I appreciate the hearing aid representation, the colorful images on her pants. Gorgeous! My kids pointed out all the wonderful little details on details on the hat, the tiny bottle, and the book. I thought the doll was going to be a breeze to open the easy open, it was not. The plastic tags that were injected into the back of her head were a complete nightmare! Trying to cut them flush without damaging her hair, or not being able to get it cut close enough and you are left with sharp pieces of plastic poking out of her head. I think it was a bit overboard for holding a doll in a box. And I feel it was a complete oversight, there were no instructions on the cauldron, no where did it say you needed to add water to get the magical effect of the necklace rising out of it. The necklace actually fell out of the cauldron before I even knew what we were supposed to do with it. That was unfortunate, and really took the "magic" out of the doll.

Everything from her hat to her shoes are so detailed and look amazing. Only thing i wasnt a fan of is that it was a pain in the rear end getting her out of the packaging. Outside of that she was a huge hit
