Q: Do you have to go into the menu to select to listen, or just by having the parent unit on, can you hear when the baby makes a sound or is there an indication/notification on the parent unit?

The picture is horrible, you can hardly see a clear picture what so ever. The camera makes clicking noises that are very distracting and don’t help my child sleep. Even though I have the setting on to notify me about sound and movement it still doesn’t. Very unsatisfied with this product.

Can you please reset your devices: - the parent unit can be reset by inserting a paperclip into the small hole on the side (on some models the hole is on the back next to the power port) until you feel resistance and the device turns off; if necessary, turn it back on afterwards - to reset a camera, disconnect it from power for at least 30 seconds If this does not work, can you please reach out to us so we can help you further? I bought two of these because my Son broke the first one. The first one worked wonderful. The second one was absolutely horrible. It was like it was a whole different monitor. Wouldn’t connect to mobile, loses connection all the time. The antenna came loose and now completely broke off so the sound goes in and out. I just bought this second one in July and now today have to go buy another. And when I went to look to buy one I saw this one is completely cut in half in price which leads me to believe others are experiencing the difficulties.

Have you ever tried to sleep in a room with a bright blue flashing light? If not, then you’re probably not the newborn of some poor parents who put this, insert expletive, camera over your newborns crib/bassinet. We mounted our camera on the wall above the crib and this was a huge mistake. The indicator light is very bright, you know so your newborn knows if its on or not. We moved it and powered through, despite it still illuminated whatever part of the room we put it, because no money for a new one when daycare is bleeding you dry. Our son is now just over 2 and the monitor won’t hold a charge anymore. Terrible.

I'm able to use it for different things and it is so convenient! I would definitely recommend this to anyone with new babies or any age kiddos really, pets, all sorts of things! It's great! The night vision is TERRIBLE. I literally can’t make out where my son even is in his crib. The camera moves by itself to the far right so I’ll go to look at him and it’s just facing the wall.

Therefore, I could not use the monitor on my Motorola App. I tried many, many times to properly set up, but it would never work. The video quality is ok but a little blurry, and the audio has a lot of echo and lag. I would have loved to better utilize this monitor system and it's features.

I'm thrilled about the magnetic camera stand/base, it can stand up on the base, the base can be added to the wall and the camera can be positioned anyway necessary. I added the app to my phone to use if we travel which is AWESOME. I love that you can record, put lullabies. I'm thrilled to have this and see how much easier this camera makes my life.

I really like the wifi option of this camera; my husband can take peeks of baby while hes at work and I dont have to search for the screen when one of my other kids misplaces it! The screen has good quality imaging and good battery life. I definitely recommend this camera.
