Before buying this product I saw that some other people talked about connection issues, but the product has been a lifesaver for me and the connection has been perfect so far, even when I'm not in the room right next to my baby. The picture and sound are great and it's been a very consistent product that has been very useful.

Lost picture and weird sounds

I received this as a gift at my baby shower a couple months ago. I recently opened it and I used it for a week with my newborn. All of a sudden the monitor started spazzing out. It was making noises and losing picture. I would not recommend. It was a lot of money for something that broke after a few nights use.

You would do this using a paper clip or safety pin to press the RESET button on your parent device. You can also try resetting the Camera. You can do this by turning off the camera, pressing and holding the pair button, turn on the camera until you hear a beep. After this, you can attempt to re-pair the camera to the Parent unit. Poor quality

Didn’t use it for a while because we bought it before our baby was born. Just tried using it for the first time and we can only see a white screen. Not sure where it’s getting the temp reading because it’s shows 84°. Unable to return now too. Very disappointing!

Has a clear picture. Love that I can see it just as clear through my phone. Shows me temp in babies room and plays white noise and music as well. At times the monitor has a hard time connecting to the camera when barely turning it on. My main complaint is battery life. We put the monitor in between me and my husband and it never lasts the night through. Once it died in between feedings and I nearly had a heartache because I thought someone was wrong.

Camera Plug In Port is Awful

We got one from our registry and it worked great for a couple of months. Something happened with the plug in/charging port on the camera and it no longer works. The screen is fuzzy and it constantly won't connect. So I returned it and got another one. The second one was the same model # but had a different look to it and it was even worse. Could not even get it to work one time and it had the same exact problem and the minimum volume was incredibly loud. I will be trying a different brand now.

I received this as a gift at my baby shower in October 2019. We began using it in January 2020. In a matter of less than 4 months we have gone through 2 of these cameras. The first one stopped working, so I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement. We had THE SAME issue with the second camera. The monitor will shut off in the middle of the night. How scary to not be able to supervise your sleeping baby in another room because your monitor dies. Needless to say, the company refuses to offer a refund for a product that obviously does not work. Please look elsewhere for a quality baby monitor.
