This was a gift from my baby shower. I started using it about a week after my son was born. He just turned 5 months and it stopped working. The charging port no longer works. The video quality was ok but other than that it worked fine. For the price of this monitor I definitely expected it to last longer.

This was a pretty decent baby monitor until the cords completely stopped working (after only 8 months) with both the camera and to charge the monitor. I think the problem is with the quality.

Poor video quality after 5 months

After researching and reading several reviews I decided to add this monitor to our baby registry. It was gifted to us at our baby shower, 6 months ago. Our daughter isn't quite 6 months and the camera on it is already so grainy that we can't get a clear picture of her in the day or at night. When you pick out a product to help keep your mind at ease, it is expected to do that, this has failed at this job. I will never buy another Motorola monitor, and recommend staying away from it. Unfortunately this has already passed the time to be able to return, to say I am disappointed is an understatement.

If I could give this zero stars I would. We had this less maybe about three months before the plug stopped charging or staying in. Now the monitor doesn't charge. Will hopefully be taking this back today and looking for another brand.

So this monitor is ok I guess. Very bright light On the camera for a baby room that cannot be dimmed. Keeps my toddler up. Also, it is much to easy to accidentally turn on the lullaby. Bad bad bad! The buttons are not user friendly. Bad choice for our family. Expensive for what you get. I regret this purchase.

Horrible product, I would recommend buying any other baby monitor over this awful product. The image is terrible compared to other products our friends purchased. The monitor looses connection all the time even when we don’t move the screen. We put it in the same location every night and it just randomly cuts out. As far as the range it’s rated for cut that down by 90% and that will be the range you should expect. I’m extremely disappointed we wasted out money on this product to have to buy another monitor that will actually work properly.

Works fine when it works. The video quality is good, but the charger is just poor quality. The charging port is total crap, and broke with only about 3 months of use.
