If you have any allergens towards gluten then I don’t think this is for you unless they have a gluten free brand. Preparation is easy. The appearance of it very berry lol purple and pink which is very tasty. Not much to waste really if you portion it out right then it’s the perfect balance of à good breakfast.

I love that there are no colors from artificial sources and they come in family sizes. The flavor of these cereal pieces are subtle which is nice as a snack or breakfast in the morning when I don't want something too sweet. They are crispy corn puffs so they have a good crunch to them!
