ACT Anticavity and this one have more fluoride than any other mouthwash. Look at the bottle. I use this to mix with water in a Waterpik, and I can't use the watered-down alternatives. Thank you for making this!see moreof the reviewer's review

I can't see anywhere this product claims to be alcohol-free, certainly not on the bottle itself. Yes, it contains benzyl alcohol which is not unusual for a fluoride mouthrinse.
