Replaced the same model that lasted for 19 years with daily use. Husband wanted the same model and has used for a week now with no issues. If it lasts as long won't have to buy another in this lifetime, lol
I’m so glad they are still making this model coffee pot. This is the 3rd one of this model that we’ve purchased in the last 14 years. We love it and literally use it until it dies, which on average is 6 years.
Purchased today but had not checked reviews prior as I have had no issues with brand before. After cleaning unit and running water thru initial cycle, I noticed that water had leaked all over counter. I found the leak coming from between the black & silver seam on the carafe. It also leaked along this seam as water was poured from the from carafe. I wouldn’t want to experience the leak with coffee and certainly not the quality I’ve had with Mr. Coffee in the past. Plus there’s the inconvenience of returning to store.

Oh no! We're sorry to hear this. If your coffee maker is leaking, please try the following: - Please locate the small rubber tube that goes into the back of your coffee maker. Carefully remove that rubber piece, by gently pulling it out of the back of the coffee maker. - Look very carefully at that rubber tube. There is a hole in the end that was inside the coffee maker. - That hole is supposed to be facing down. If you replace the tube, by carefully pushing it in, making sure that the hole is facing down, it should correct the issue with it leaking. Kindly let us know if this will not resolve the issue.
