DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!!!!!! We purchased this coffee maker on April 10th of this year and lasted till this morning on November14th. I set up and programed this machine last night as usual and this morning NO coffee was in the pot waiting for me !!!! I unplugged it and waited 10 minutes and plugged it back in thinking it might be the timer or something like that. Pushed the start button and waited 5 minutes and still no coffee !!!! We won't replace it with a Mr. Coffee maker product period !!! We have taken great care of it and cleaned it regularly. If you must have this brand and model get the protection warranty !!!

My husband and I bought this coffee maker twice. Both times the hot plate has gone out within a year of owning the machine (we purchased the second to replace the first coffee maker that died). We've cleaned it regularly and kept up with it's maintenance, but it has not lasted.

Bought this same coffee-pot 1 year ago. Worked for awhile, then completely stopped working. As soon as I plugged-in and pushed the brew button, it beeped as if it already made the coffee. (Made several attempts to no avail.) Returned to store and bought the same as I thought it was a one-time issue. NOPE! Same thing happened after 1 year. I GIVE UP! THIS IS A TERRIBLE MACHINE!

I was very happy with mine, I moved, wish I still had it!! Love Mr. Coffe products! Right now have a cheap coffee maker, need to rebuy this one, but was looking at drip/espresso combo.

Bought this coffee maker a few weeks ago. Loved the design and looks. Sadly nothing but issues with it. Make a full pot of coffee but no matter how you pour into the cup it always leaks down the pot instead of going into cup. Now have to make two pots just so I am able to drink the same amount of cups. DO NOT BUY!

I've purchased and always trusted Mr. Coffee so the choice for my mother's day gift was easy. Good brewed coffee and a nice design that complimented my kitchen appliance. Sad to report that after only 2 yrs. it died...... Gone way too soon.

I was given this as a house warming gift. It is terrible. Its leaks from the back creating a mess. When you pour from the pot, it leaks all over. I thought i could fix it by getting a new pot, but no luck. I don't recommend this product. Looking for a replacement. (sad face) [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Please try the following: - Make sure the filter is properly in position and that the brew basket is fully closed. - If the coffeemaker is equipped with a removable water reservoir ensure that the reservoir is properly installed. - Avoid overfilling the water reservoir. The coffeemaker is equipped with an overflow slot near the top of the water reservoir. If too much water is added it will flow out of this slot and collect near the base of the unit. I bought this two weeks ago and keep wondering where the water on my counters where coming from. After some investigating I found where two pieces of plastic come together is not sealed. So when you fill the water container some water always leak through.
