Q: Why is. Espresso coming out burnt or sour tasting? I've only owned the machine for 2 months and the quality is very hit or miss. I've tried all the cleaning methods and have gotten a tamper.

Q: can u make cold lattes with this
A: yeah you can make hot espresso like usual but then pour the hot espresso over ice and milk to make an iced latte

Q: Do the coffee grounds need to be tampted or do you just put it in the cup?
A: Thank you for contacting Mr. Coffee®. We appreciate your interest with our product and we're happy to assist you with your inquiry if you need to tamp the coffee grounds on your espresso maker. Please be advised that it is necessary to tamp or press down the espresso grounds in the portafilter of your espresso maker for better extraction. You can use the back of your measuring scoop to press down the espresso grounds. Please note that if the coffee is pressed down too much, the water will not go through the espresso grounds. Q: I have this and my portafilter handle broke. How can I get a replacement?

Q: brand new machine. waxy white residue on the perforated metal plate from which water goes into the filter. happens every time. residue can be seen on the coffee ground as well. should I return?

Q: can I use this coffee machine in a 220V voltage country?

We understand that you are inquiring if you can use the Mr. Coffee® 4-Shot Steam Espresso, Cappuccino, and Latte Maker in a 220v voltage country. We're happy to assist you. All of our products that are sold in the United States and Canada are manufactured and UL approved for 110-120 voltage. We do not recommend using them in different countries due to the difference in voltage. Additionally, doing so will void your warranty. Hope this helps. Have a great day!

Q: can this machine steam up the milk I mean to make the milk hot or only it frothed the cold milk thank you

Q: My water pitcher used for measuring the water for 2 or 4 shots of expresso came broken can someone tell me how much water is needed to brew 2 shots of expresso in this machine please.

Q: Does the frother have to heat the milk or can it froth without heating? In other words, can I also make cold foam with the frother?
