Worked fine for a few months - now it beeps immediately after starting a brew as if it's done. Cleaning cycle doesn't work.

I had a Mr. Coffee that worked flawlessly for years. When it eventually died, I replaced it with this new model. The first disappointment I had was when I discovered that there are no replacement charcoal filters available. THEN it failed completely after less than 6 months of use. Mr. Coffee says they are available by phone till 6. But apparently, if you want to actually speak to a human, you have to call prior to 5. Target wants to help IF I have the receipt.
I will buy a different brand — with BETTER customer service

Coffee pot drips whenever you pour water into the coffee maker or try to pour yourself a cup of coffee. Very difficult to take the coffee pot out due to it being a super snug fit which causes you to spill every time you take the coffee pot out.
