I got this to replace an older Mr Coffee. I like the size and it is very easy to program. But they did away with the Bold/Strong feature and it really does make a difference. Returning.

Purchased less then a year ago and stopped working

I bought this less then a year ago. I loved it until it suddenly stopped working. When you push the brew button it does nothing. I tried programming to brew no luck. I tried to clean it. It turns on beeps twice then turns off. I am disappointed. I expected it to last longer then it did. I am requesting a refund.

I bought this machine 3 months ago. I was able to overcome the sandy coffee that it produced, but now the machine has stopped working. The clock works fine but if I press Brew or Clean or even delayed brew it beeps three times as if the coffee is ready and then nothing happens. I've used Mr. Coffee machines in the past and was hoping to have another quality machine. Very Disappointed!

Very slow coffee brewing, I put in 12 cups of water, and it brews 8! When it is finished making 8 instead of 12, it continually beeps because of all the steam that is floating out over the buttons. Not a good pot when you have 10 guests waiting for coffee!

We purchased BVMC-IMX41 on Sept 5 2019. It is Dec. 26, 2019 and it quit brewing.
