Q: Does it always brew hot even when you push the "over ice" button? Also do you need to use a certain type of ice? I am using the ice from our Opal 2.0 and wonder if it is too soft of a cube.

We have created a machine that makes the process of creating flavorful iced coffee super simple. We integrated measurements for water and ice into the tumbler, and measurements for coffee grounds into the scoop. Using the watermarking and the coffee ground scoop creates the hot, concentrated coffee. This hot, concentrated coffee is brewed over a full tumbler of ice, going through the RapidChill™ brewing process and leaving you with flavorful coffee that’s never watered down. Here's a tip! You can use larger pieces of ice for better results as these will melt slower and give you ice in your drink a little longer! Also, ensure you have filled the tumbler to the ice marking level. If you follow all the measurements this machine suggests, you’ll have perfect coffee every time. I was worried about the iced coffee being watered down, but the measurements on the tumblers and coffee scoop are perfect. My iced coffee tastes great every single time. It’s such a nice and convenient machine. It’s easy to clean and set up. The light great color is also a nice neutral color.

This has been a great coffee maker so far (1 week). Hot coffee is brewed in less time than your traditional coffee maker, but a bit longer than a keurig. The Frappe/blended part is awesome. I was weirded out a bit with the on/off/pulse method, but I suppose it's what it takes to make a frothy top. They share some good recipes too. My husband uses the ice coffee part and says he likes it. I also love that it's tall enough to fit tall mugs. Overall, it's stylish, takes up very little space (equivalent to a coffee maker), easy clean up, and makes delicious coffee (and I'm pretty particular). One downside is the included iced cups are NOT dishwasher safe... wish I read that fine print.

Hot coffee splatters all over the place when brewing so it makes a mess which is terrible. The other functions seem to work fine but not sure if I'm going to keep because I mostly brew hot coffee and the mess isn't worth it to me

I got my mr coffee frappe maker for Christmas and I couldn’t use it until today due to having some health issues with pregnancy and coffee didn’t taste good at all so that why it took so long to use it but I tried to brew coffee and it wasn’t working but the blender part works great

Love this! My niece has it and we make iced coffee all the time. I absolutely love it. I want one for Christmas and I have been searching for the navy with no luck. Please bring navy back you show it as a color option but I can’t find it anywhere. Can it be special ordered through you? It’s a very unique and pretty color that pops instead of ordinary black.

My blender cup has broken at the bottom. I have only hand washed it and normal use but it’s cracked at the bottom. I need to replace the blender cup but I can’t seem to find a replacement cup. Surely you can buy a replacement? If not, this is an expensive machine that I can now only use like any other coffee maker except I have a worthless blender attached. Mr. Coffee, how can I get a replacement blender cup? Thank you!
