A:Â Thank you for your question. The information that I found suggest no you should not use this in a car. It can pose a carbon monoxide hazard and also the danger of fire.

This Big Buddy portable heater is pretty cool! I had a couple little issues getting things going, BUT it's a great tool to have with this cold weather settling in! We were able to use this as back up heat, when needed. I was very impressed by the amount of heat it put off and how long it latest before having to change the propane tank. I like that it has the option to directly connect to gas too. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

The Big Buddy Portable Heater is wonderful for so many reasons. Easy to hook up to propane, easy to turn on, easy to use. It's great to have low/medium/high heat settings. It heats up quick, which in turn heats up your room quick. I love that it's indoor safe, but I can also use it on my back patio. It has already come in handy so much in the first couple weeks I've had it. I appreciate the features that it'll shutoff if it falls over or senses low oxygen. Acquired this product a little under 2 weeks ago with the cold weather starting to settle in and I must say was pleasantly surprised with the quality and amount of heat actually produced. Connects to the propane quick and easy, straight out of the box, and requires little to no setup. The single controlled start knob works effortlessly, making it super simple to start heating any small room or cabin. 10/10 would recommend this product to friends and family!
