I like these as a quick nursing snack especially when I don’t have much time and I really need to eat something. These do have a large amount of saturated fat so I try not to eat a whole pack in a day. I haven’t noticed a huge impact on my milk production, maybe a slight increase? Nice for an occasional snack but I don’t think it’s something you need to eat everyday to maintain supply.

Honestly eating oatmeal in general increases breast milk supply so not sure if these are worth the price. They are very tasty but they give me really bad gas. I think they help with my milk supply but I will probably just buy regular organic oatmeal cookies that are cheaper.
