Works great on relieving stiff and tight muscles! With the exception of it being a little cumbersome to carry around and store, it does the job!

This works really good. I originally wanted a metal one just because it’s heavier, but this works really good and I just stash it under the couch and use it every night. It’s been helping that tight knots near my shoulder blades. I like it a lot my physical therapist told me to get one

This is PEAK engineering! Injured my back in the military decades ago and have spent hundreds of dollars on electric massagers since then that have only somewhat helped and are hard to use. This is Muscle Hook is amazing! Great design and doesn't strain your muscles to use. Also, easy to store when you travel. I wish I would have had it decades ago.

Great for reaching those tense muscles in the upper back and shoulder blade area. Unwieldy, challenging to get a decent hold on and still apply enough pressure. Five stars because it is better than other options and it does work when you contort in just the right way. Good deal ON SALE but definitely not worth regular price.

Purchased for my brother who is 6' and 160 lbs. Too small to go over his shoulder! Also plastic has unfinished raw casting edges... scratchy if used in bare skin. Shipped in a cardboard box twice as big as necessary with a lot of packing plastic inside. Not really eco friendly.

OMG this thing is amazing!!! I have chronically tight neck/shoulders/traps and causes me constant pain due to tightness. This is the first tool that is actually helping it!!!!
