Q: Hello, I was gifted this product from Target and it appears that there are no holes for the screws (labeled A) to go into. Is this correct or is my product defective?

A: As someone who purchased this item I can confirm there were no holes for screws and the wood was very hard.

Great solid wood piece. Bought two on sale and pushed them together in lieu of a dresser. Nice neutral color. Like other reviewers have said, the directions are bad. No words, just pics. Buy a little $10 angled piece for your power screwdriver/drill to make your life easier. Would buy again. Good, useful, attractive pieces for the price

This is a good looking, unique, wood dresser. I was happy with that aspect of the quality. That said, this was a nightmare to put together because the wood is hard and the angles at which you need to angle the screwdriver are impossible! I only got in about 30% of the necessary screws fully, another 40% partially, and the rest I didn't even bother. It's stable but the top is not flush b/c I couldn't get in more screws. I honestly would return this if I could but there is no way that Target would take it back partially assembled.

Beautiful dresser-too big for a nightstand, smaller than a standard dresser. They are real wood and a bit tedious to put together, but I managed by myself and it took about 2 hours (with breaks). Pay attention to the instructions. It’s very easy to put the top/bottom on backwards because they’re no written instructions, only pictures. They’re a little pricey, but I got mine on sale and consider the price fair for the quality. These will last a good while!

This little piece is a simple yet beautiful addition to my home. The assembly was easy (1 person), directions were straight forward to follow along with and the product overall is well built. Better in person, in my opinion! If you're contemplating, dont! Just BUY IT!
