Q: Does it have a remote control? How do you turn it on and off? Does it play the music nonstop? Where do I go to see the answer to my question?

A: Yes, it has a remote control. The remote has a button to make the the train go forward, reverse, and stop. There is also a button to start/stop the music, so the train can run with or without the music. There is a knob on to of the engine by the smoke stack that you rotate to turn the train on. We've had this train for a couple of years and the grandkids love it!!

Ít does not work, crying 3 year old, a lot of money lost. Target must know that if they sell a very specific Christmas musical train in the summer that’s so huge a customer is potentially not going to open it until it’s actually Christmas to go around the Christmas Tree. They don’t care if it turns out to be faulty, you’re on your own with a crying child and money all lost. I was given a case number but told basically it was tough nothing they could do, because I was outside of my return window and they refused, yes refused to even give me a e-gift card to purchase something else of the same value for my child. Even when I said such a specific toy like this is obviously not going to be used until Christmas. My 3 year old daughter is so upset. Target you need a Contingency in place for incidents like this

I love all things Disney and this train set is the perfect addition to my Christmas decor. I placed it around the base of my Christmas tree and it just livens up my tree! It’s battery powered, plays music, and is a complete joy. I’m so glad I found this!
