Wonderful for many uses: 1. Playing games with various ages 2. Have been used for spelling exercises in school, and even used as counters in math. Adds noticeable interest for spelling lessons.

We play the original Bananagrams game a lot with the older kids. This game is perfect for my 4 year old. We’ve worked on sorting colors, recognizing letters, and using letters to make his name. This game will be even better as he gets older.

The multi-colored tiles, lowercase, and letter pairs make a great learning tool. I bought for my 6 year old to practice spelling and word creation, and to work on letter recognition for my 3 year old. I could see them have fun and playing the game together in a few years.

We’re so excited to try bananagrams with our youngest. The only reason I docked a star is because it did not come with instructions, as promised. I saw that I’m not the only one who didn’t get instructions.

Very fun way to learn the sounds of vowels, consonants, and silly words with these chunky, high quality letter tiles in an adorable banana pouch. My 4-yr old was laughing maniacally at the impossible sounding mumbo jumbo like “oeoulifhivnxz” he created rather than creating real words. But, I figured it’s still learning if at least he knows how strange those letter concoctions sounded out.

Love these Banangrams. I am a homeschool Dad of two. Had no idea how great these letter tiles would be. The letters are raised and very clear. They don't rub off like painted scrabble pieces. I love that they have the vowel pairs on double tiles like oo, ae, ai. Excellent tool to help kids practice reading and spelling. Very fun.

This is a fun game that can be played different ways depending on the skill level. Great for spelling practice! The tiles are sturdy, and there is a line below the letters so you know which end is up and which is down.

I love this version of bananagrams! Very useful for a Kindergartner to spell out spelling words, sight words, letter recognition, etc. I love how the vowels are all the same colour. That made things easier to be understood.thst is why the “y” is in both green and yellow. I’ve enclosed a picture with all the tiles you will receive. I think if you have more than one child, you might want to get more than one set, but that’s just my opinion.

Lowercase letters are great!

This game is great because the letter tiles are lowercase— the vast majority of letters your child will read and write are in lowercase, so long wercase is the most important for letter recognition. My daughter is too young to play the game as written, but we practice letter recognition, sorting, and visual discrimination with the tiles. When she is ready in a few months, I plan to use the tiles for an at-home Montessori moveable alphabet set. An excellent and durable product!!

My kids (elementary aged) both love and enjoy this game! I considered getting them scrabble, but I like the portability of Bananagrams, so we got this instead. It's been all over the world with us this summer :)
