This is super cute and my daughter loves her but the little balloon you smash had nothing in it but a dangerous and gross chemical spurting out of it. Not happy at all about that!!

My 4-year-old daughter loves this so much. We received this a day before Christmas so she opened this on Christmas and this was one of her favorites because of Pinky Pie. She was not able to do the smashing on her own. Her older sister helped her and it was anti climactic, really nothing special with that part, or just maybe we did not know how it really works that we expected too much. I did not like that there is a powder inside that balloon because it made me cough when it was accidentally bursted. Maybe the makers should look into that, might cause harm to kids. Anyway, my daughters and I enjoyed dressing up the little toys. There was just a design flaw in 2 of the dresses that had thinner straps as they snapped easily. It didn't survive a 4 year old rough handling. The microphone was frustrating too because it doesn't stay on the paw. Overall, it was a cool dress up toy because my daughter likes Pinky Pie. My daughter absolutely loved this! It was so cool how when you go to open the blind bag you “smash” them and they inflate to open the bag. My daughter was mesmerized by it. She loved all the little accessories it came with and she plays with them quite often. She even brought it to the water park with us to play with in the hotel room. It definitely was a hit with her and if I see any sets like this that are different I will be purchasing them for her! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I received this toy for my daughter recently and could not have been more pleased with it. She loved the two ponies, and the clothing that accompanied them. She sat and played for almost an hour and a half straight with everything that came in the box. These ponies are the perfect gift for any little kid. I got the My Little Pony Smashin' Fashion Pinkie Pie and DJ Pon set and its adorable. I love the 4 surprise bags inside that you have to smash to inflate a balloon that's inside that will bust open the bag to reveal a mystery outfit. Mystery toys have been a big hit this past year with our little grand kids so this was perfect. It has the 2 my little pony figures and the outfits to go with them and having those extra "mystery" outfits I think was the part she liked the best. The bags were a bit tricky to inflate because you have to hit them just right and out of four I ended up busting 3 of them and our grandbaby who is 5 was finally able to bust one of them. But she loved smashing the bags trying to bust them and she even tried to bust the balloons that came out of the bags. She loved it! Will be looking for more like this. My daughter loves my little pony! I found a Pinkie Pie and decided to get it for her. There are main extras that come with the set, but her favorite with the mystery packs it comes with.
