Nalgene 32oz Narrow Mouth Water Bottle

Shouldn’t have washed in the dishwasher - it melted. But that was my fault

I love the Nalgene water bottle brand so much. When I saw Target had this, I was so excited. This small mouth, 32 oz water bottle is perfect for adventuring, on-the go usage! I love the color and how it fits perfect in my backpack. I’m super excited to hit the trail & take this water bottle w me ◡̈

The bottle sweats/condensation forms!! I don’t know why this isn’t mentioned in the reviews. Now I can’t put it in my backpack. I’ll try to see if Target will allow me to return it.

i bought this for my daughter who plays volleyball in college & she loves it!

First I bought the wide mouth, but that was too awkward for me so I returned it and purchased the narrow mouth. It's perfect. I like the fact that it is BPA/BPS Free and made with recycling technology. I appreciate having the markings for the ounces/milliliters on the bottle. And I LOVE the fact that it was MADE IN AMERICA!!!!

These bottles are the best! They don’t have any rubber parts where mold could grow and they are easy to clean.

I bought it in person at store and it's no taste weird because it's 100% bpa free. Also I bought another one bottle for my twin brother. We love it!

Bought them to keep us drinking more water every day. My hubby has 1color and I have the other. Only complaint is bottle is too wide to carry in car cup holder or hiking. But we only planned to use them at home, so it is a non-issue.

POINTS WERE MADE <3 Wanted something to keep by my bed and not have to refill every hour. There’s a gazillion bottles on the market that seem cool in design but are bacteria traps. Nalgene = sturdy and simple. Gave the narrow mouth a chance. I knew I was only using it for water, and I also ***thought I was clever and that people complaining about cleaning just didn’t know how to finesse it. Wrong.*** Even if you bend a wire bottlebrush to reach all insides, there’s not enough pressure for scrub power. Actually the brush just scratches up the inside of the bottle. So it’s still full of water mineral buildup. Easy to see against light. I’m not doing any science experiments (ex. baking s + vinegar) just to wash a daily water bottle. I’m taking it back to get the widemouth 32oz. I have a widemouth 48oz and never had this problem. My hand is actually small enough to squeeze inside after I push the soapy sponge in and I can wash it like a regular cup. Satisfactory. Even if your hand is not, you can actually access the inside of the bottle. Final note - pick a light colored cap, so you can actually see how clean it is instead of “should be fine.” Especially if you may put something other than water _ @ NALGENE- please drop some simpler color palettes. Monochrome or two-toned. The current options are doing too much and not cute

Isn't the point of a PLASTIC bottle that it won't shatter when you drop it?? I really liked this bottle. I've had it for months. But the FIRST TIME I ever dropped it, the thing literally broke in two. There's no way to fix it. I'll be getting a different bottle from somewhere else to replace it.

This review is specifically for the Amethyst color bottle. Upon receiving when I went to peel off the protective shrink wrapping, it peeled off only in certain places and had bonded to the plastic the bottle is made of. I requested a replacement through the target app which was very simple and the bottle arrived quickly, but when I went to peel off the protective shrink wrap like I had before it began to do the same thing again. This time, I carefully slipped a paring/fruit knife under the perforated part of the shrink seal and gently tore the perforations so that I could get the seal off mostly in tact. It did stick in certain areas again and I had to be very careful. I think that the recent batch of these Amethyst bottles were overheated during the shrink band process, so I will not be requesting to try to resolve this issue again. Some of the stuck on shrink seal came off with hot water, but both bottles I ended up with have permanent visible damage from the overheated shrink band. I LOVE all my Nalgene narrow mouth bottles, I am not posting this to discourage others from getting them, but to warn others about the potential damage to the bottle you can do if the protective seal is stuck and you aren’t very careful when trying to remove it.

Used the water bottle for some time, prior to getting a dishwasher so I hand washed it. Just recently got a dishwasher and even though it says dishwasher safe, the cap melted and there’s now a hole in the lid.

Nalgene water bottles are hands down one of the best around. The smaller mouth piece is much better than the wide mouth version. I’ve had one of these for 12 years and am just now getting around to replacing it because I want something a little different. There is nothing actually wrong with the first one I purchased so long ago. I highly recommend.

Water bottle is durable and a good size. Bought several for school, sports and work. the screw cap with water-bottle size spout is easy to drink from unlike wide mouth bottles and much easier to clean than the other bottle types.

I’ve tried many kinds of water bottles over the years, and my old Nalgene got lost in the shuffle. The fancy insulated bottles are nice sometimes, but I wanted a bottle that was easier to clean. This bottle is easy to use and doesn’t give off any funny tastes.

Doesn’t leak and holds a decent amount of water

I loved this water bottle so much. It holds a lot of water and ioved how it was shaped wider instead of taller. Unfortunately, I put some lime wedges in my bottle and I could t get it out, so I had to throw the bottle away (just something to keep in mind.) I will definitely be purchasing another, but I'll probably get the wide-mouth instead of the narrow-mouth this time.

My husband says he prefers this one to his wide mouth bottle! Only complaint is how hard it is to fill with ice! My favorite thing is they I can throw it in the dishwasher!
