Battery doesn’t stay charged too very long. Constantly troubleshooting the machine in order for it to work properly. Factory sound/music are very generic. I wish there was a way to connect to Bluetooth and play my own music for the baby.

Stopped making sound after 3.5 months of use. Contacted Nanit, was on hold on the phone for a very long time. Tried several other times to call and same thing happened. Emailed them telling them what happened and the response didn’t address my problem and when I responded it said that the email couldn’t be replied to. No info on how to submit a warrantee claim on the website, just that they have a limited one for a year. Going to keep trying because it’s a $100 sound machine. I hope they have made improvements to the unit since I bought mine. Such a shame

I love the fact that it is so portable and rechargeable being a night light and sound machine in one. I have two one for home and one for traveling. I really enjoy that my settings are still working even if it’s not hooked up to wifi when traveling or on the go.

I really like how easy to use the app is but the sleep routines dont always work. 90% it doesn't turn off on its own. Color and sound options are great even when just using the basic free options. Light gets very bright if you need it which is great. The red light is perfect for night time.

We love this sound machine! We have been using it since it launched when our son was 3. He is now 5 and we still use it everyday. It’s a great night light and the calming sounds help him sleep. We love the routines feature and being able to program different light colors and sounds for different parts of our day, especially our morning and bedtime routines. Highly recommend!

Setup is super simple. Relaying instructions to babysitters and visitors couldn’t be easier.

I tired out several different night lights and sound machines and nothing compared to this one. I like that it could sync with the camera app and I could control it from there anywhere! I like that I could set up and save different settings for bedtime nap time or whatever we needed that works for us. I like that there is no timer so it can stay on all night until I turn it off. It’s definitely worth it!

We love the light and sound. The options of music for wake up and calm down times. Not to mention having brown and pink noise not just white. We have one for each kid now. It's great!

It’s a great light when it works. Unfortunately ours clicks off loudly, resets, and then comes back on. It’s incredibly disruptive and wakes us up more than it keeps anyone asleep.

This light has been great and easy to set up. It has been great to help build a routine. We couldn’t recomend it more

I wanted to like this so much. The camera is AMAZING!!! We have one for each child. But this product is just straight trash. Not only are the instructions no help at all, the light does not function as advertised. When you set the timer to turn on at 7pm and turn off at 12 midnight, you are shocked that it turns on at 3:38pm and does not turn off overnight. When you set it to turn yellow at 5am and green at 7am, imagine your surprise when it doesn’t turn on at all. So trying to train your toddler turns into a nightmare because they get super confused and that is no good for anyone. I am sending this piece of garbage back and getting a Hatch like was originally recommended.

Great noise and light selection, the battery life isn’t great if trying to use unplugged but other than that it’s a great product.

No synergy with the Nanit camera or the Nanit camera app.

Very reliable and easy to control, we bring it everywhere we go.

Love it so far, but would love to have an option that is wireless for when the power goes out! We live in the country so storms knock the power out quite often. We love the hatch for this reason but couldnt get over the awesome connection of the nanit!
