Q: How long should I wait to read results? The insert says 10-20 minutes, the product website says read results after 5 minutes.
A: Hi! We apologize for the confusion. We recommend waiting five minutes to read your test results! If you have any more questions, please send us an email at support@natalist.com.

Q: Does this test show 2 lines for the 1 day of ovulation or the full fertile window?
A: When our Ovulation Test Strips display two lines that are as dark OR darker than the control line, this will indicate a positive ovulation test. A positive test means that you are experiencing an LH surge and your body is about to ovulate (you are most fertile during this time). The tests have a sensitivity level of 20 IU/L, so ultimately it depends on the level of LH. For some women, this is one day and for others it's longer. If you have more questions, we are always happy to help at support@natalist.com!

Q: What day of my cycle should I test?
A: It varies depending on the length of your cycle—but most women start testing seven to 11 days after the first day of your period. Our instructions include a chart on when to start testing based on the length of your cycle. Please reach out if you have any more questions!
