Q: Following earlier ques - if the only difference is the scent, then the "moisturizing," "volumizing," and "strengthening" language is just marketing and not actual differences among the conditioners?
submitted by Lauren - 4 months ago
A: Hi Lauren, Thank you for reaching out and we apologize if we caused any confusion. To confirm, while the scent is consistent with our products, our haircare line does perform differently for each category, therefore they are not all the same and used as a marketing approach. We hope this clears it up.

Q: I feel silly having to ask this, but is there a trick to getting the pump to work? I have tried screwing, turning, pushing, and pulling but to no avail.
submitted by Kathi - 2 years ago
A: Hi Kathi, Thanks for reaching out and we're so sorry to hear this. Have you tried unscrewing the pump and rinsing it out to see if it's been clogged? It could be that there is some build up which is causing the product to not dispense. Can you try and let us know if that works? If that doesn't do the trick, we'll look into this further. -Native

I have psoriasis on my scalp so I needed a shampoo to use in between washes with medicated shampoo and this is hands down the best option. My hair was soft and smelled amazing. I’ll continue to buy this.

I loved the way this smelled and at first felt like it washed my hair well — but after about a month or so, i noticed that my hair looked greasy immediately after drying from showering … so i switched to something else

This conditioner does not condition. It lathers just like the shampoo and doesn’t get any tangles out of my hair. I have to use a spray leave in conditioner to even brush my hair after using this product. A zero would be a better rating for this product.

Might as well not use any conditioner. It literally does nothing. Shampoo is not good either. I was hopeful with “clean” ingredients but sadly, this product just doesn’t work well

Me and my sisters have been using this for a while and the body wash is amazing, the shampoo and conditioner really make my hair feel clean, I wish they had shampoo and conditioner in the scent lilac and white tea because we love that scent and it makes you smell so good but it only lasts for a short while, id loveeeeee to have my hair smell like that if only there was perfume too

My daughter is 12 and has long thick hair. It has some split ends and is course. She's been using pantene and her hair wasn't getting clean or soft. Switched to this shampoo/ conditioner set and saw a differnce after first use.

I usually love coconut vanilla scents but this one was terrible. It smells like your hair is a super strong vanilla candle. It is so strong and fake smelling that I had to stop using it after 2 washes. It also left my hair feeling very heavy and listless, not really what you want in Texas heat and humidity. I will probably shove this conditioner in the back of my cabinet and use it in emergencies only.

I recently switched from hair biology shampoo and conditioner to native shampoo and conditioner. I have this scent in both. My hair used to get so greasy only two days after washing with hair biology. Native hasn’t given me any greasy hair. I will say that the conditioner feels very thin to me, and I don’t feel like my hair is overly soft because of it. I may just be used to thick conditioner with harsh products in it. Would love to see a native hair mask!

Love these for natural hair care, way more convenient than the natural shampoo bars I’ve been using from other sellers. This one smells like a cupcake to me, I think it’s the vanilla. Will buy again!

I'm assuming this is the shampoo or conditioner that you are asking about, it doesn't say. If that is true - I adore both. My hair is fine and it's difficult for me to use a conditioner since they tend to be heavy in my hair. But your shampoo and conditioner leave my hair full and soft and I only need to use some gel after to hold the sides in place since they tend to fall straight and I try to aim them back. Please don't change the formula for either, they are perfect and I thank you.

I really love Native deodorants so I was hoping to love the shampoo and conditioner too. Unfortunately each time I use it, I don’t feel like I even washed my hair and it looks dull. The scent is great but my hair is not responding well to these products. Really bummed.
