It worked from the first tablet for all 3 of us taking it. I felt more energy and slept better. My mother's feet tingling, twitching, and numbing went away. My sister is finally able to sleep without waking up every 2-3 hours.

I am in my mid 70's and I feel this is one of the supplements that is helping me to stay healthy. I have been taking it for years and it helps me with energy and keeps me out of harms way because it's got anti oxidants. I take the time release so I can be protected 24/7.

So a smaller size was very nice for me to see. Per instructions, you are to take once a day with a meal. Adding this supplement wasn't hard for me to do. I found no issues for me. The supplement is supposed to help with age related, cell issues and blood sugar issues. Frankly, cannot really speak to how or what it is supposed to help with. But, every bit of help as I age is welcome. It is simple enough to add the supplement daily and I will keep using. Maybe I will gain some benefit from using. But, being this easy to do daily, why not.

Typically, I feel exhausted and tired halfway into the day which I think is unnatural for someone my age. But lately I do feel more alert and no side effects to be noted.

These pills do improve the tingling and coldness that I suffer from this disease. I also notice an uptick in my energy levels when I take this every day. My blood sugars seem to stay more stable as well. I plan to continue to take these because of the great benefits to my health. I do recommend this supplement highly!

The pill/capsule size is good - I have no problem taking it, it's smaller than my calcium pills, however, my mom had to split the pill when she takes it.
