The instructions were clear but did not address what to do if your chocolate gets thick after using it for a few minutes. So I assumed I could reheat it in 15 sec increments and it looked good. But once the reheated chocolate was dry it looked a little chalky, just not as glossy and perfect as the first batch of sweets before the reheat. It did set really fast in the fridge, a minute or 2 and I appreciate that this comes in a ready to melt container so that I don’t have extra things to clean. I would buy again. But wondering if the brown chocolate would be more noticiable if I reheated and it got chalky. I’ll have to try it out.
