They aren't the worst thing to do but keeping track of the daily use. So what i do is put them in my pill box.

I love that this vitamin is about the size of a bean which makes it easier to take it everyday. I can definitely notice that my nails are getting stronger and not braking as easily.

I think it is an excellent supplement. The softgels tablets are small, and very easy to swallow. They are gluten free and don't contain any artificial flavors. And what I love the most is that they not only contain 2500mcg of biotin but also Vitamin, A, Vitamin C, Zinc, and Copper. All these supplements combine to make a supplement I enjoy taking every day.

It's a small coated softgel, that's easy to swallow. There's no odor or aftertaste (good or bad). The bottle has an easy to open cap, which is very convenient. No more unscrewing the cap and forget to put the cap back on.

Maybe my nails are a bit stronger but that’s kind of it. I will say there’s not a negative to it, no bad taste or anything so it’s certainly not hurting, but I’m not seeing a huge change.

The tablets are easy to swallow and you only have to take 1 a day. I noticed an increase in my nail growth, with stronger and longer nails however, it did not seem to help with my hair.
