My hair started to fall out so much after 4 months postpartum, I didn’t know that would happen, no one warned me about it so I freaked out. I bought these vitamins and they have definitely helped! I have seen results within a month, I took before and after pics of my hair where it was most noticeable. My hair still falls out a lot but I have seen improvement. Hopefully within a few months I’ll be back to normal.
I've had progressive hair thinning since I turned 29. Finally asked a doc about it and she said I was vitamin deficient and should take Biotin. Not knowing too much about the vitamin, I initially picked the lowest dosage (1,000 mcg) and took it as directed (one a day). I finished the bottle and noticed no difference either positive or negative. I upped the dosage to try this (2,500 mcg) instead. Again no changes. HOWEVER, I follow up and upped it to 5,000 mcg and eureka! I have positive results! After speaking with my hair stylist I advise anyone recommended Biotin to try it at different dosage levels and brands. You might find one to work for you, so don't give up.
