I've been using Nature Made Melatonin 3mg tablets for years and it has always been very effective. I never feel drowsy yet, somehow, I always fall asleep within 5 or 6 minutes of lying down. Nature Made, in general, makes an excellent product.

Easy to swallow, perfect dosage, and actually works. I’ve tried another brand’s melatonin gummies (5mg) and that one was too high of a dosage as it made me nauseous. This dosage is much better and helps me sleep early.

I got these as my sleep patterns are all over the place being a mom. I will just say it was slumber for me.. i took these over the course of a couple weeks and have slept so restful.
