I didn't really pay attention to the options vitamins had. My Dr recommended I take 2500-3000mg of Vitamin B12. In addition, he wanted me to take them sublingually. I began my online search, it was daunting- SO many choices, so many different prices! I decided to check Target; they had the 3000mg do...see moreof the reviewer's review

I take b12 because another med blocks absorption in my stomach, hence sublingual. These havebrought my rbc count back into normal range. This 120 count is the best value of any I could find.
