Fine but big and uncoated.
They are fine, but compared to other comparable vitamins with similar ingredients, they are big and uncoated, so not as easy to swallow.

Excellent Product
Excellent product. No minerals. For some people minerals can cause problems. For instance, selenium causes an allergic reaction in me. It maybe that it is bonded to yeast.

The one and vitamin only formula I have found
If you have any food sensitivities, this is a great product. Vitamins with minerals added can cause problems. For example, I have an allergy to selenium (maybe the yeast it's bonded to). This solves the problem.

I was so glad to find this product, that contains no minerals, after seeing the research that zinc, copper and iron causes plaque in our brains which contributes to memory loss. The cost is outstanding, much less, than the vitamin I had been taken, even with shipping cost. I will continue to order this product.
