This flavor is extremely sweet, and unfortunately too sweet for me. Since each oatmeal packet is fairly small, what works well is to use one packet of this flavor with one packet of plain oatmeal. That cuts the sweetness enough to have a really nice flavor, and you can have a full, warm breakfast!
