This popular Almond Base Oil is used for blending essentials oils and great for massages. The sweet almond tree, a deciduous tree growing up to 30 feet tall, is a native of Western Asia and bears white to pale pink flowers in addition to its famous seeds of the same name. Almonds are not true nuts, but are actually drupes• • an outer hull surrounding a hard shell that contains the seeds as we know them inside. It is from these drupes that sweet almond oil is derived, which has long been utilized for its benefits as a carrier oil in massage therapy and aromatherapy.

I don't know why anyone would buy almond oil that is unscented but I did not see the tiny print on this image that says unscented. I am sure anyone with allergies to other oils will enjoy it but salmon scented oil is the best scent. Too bad I opened the top before realizing it soni can't return it. Looks fine otherwise.
I started using this oil as the first cleanser in my nightly double cleansing routine. I massage it into my face for a minute before following up with my normal face wash. It takes off my makeup (including mascara and waterproof eyebrow pomade) very easily and I saw immediate results in terms of the sebaceous filaments on my nose and chin.
